Chad brings nearly 20 years of exempt-level HR experience across talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic people operations. Before founding Beckan Advisory, he earned a reputation for his structured approach, calm presence, and ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders at every level.

His work centers on building scalable people systems, designing modern HR frameworks, and helping organizations navigate growth with clarity and confidence. Chad holds an MBA from the University of Florida, an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, and is certified as a SHRM-SCP. He also serves as an adjunct professor at DeSales University, where he teaches future business leaders with an emphasis on healthcare operations. He is currently completing his certification as a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching.
